International research and practice jurisprudence conference is held in Ufa

The V International research and practice conference «Topical problems of law and state in the XXI-st century» takes place at the Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The conference is spent by the Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under the aegis of Bashkortostan branch of Lawyers Association of Russia and within the limits of the United Nations Program «Scientific Community Contribution» (UNAI).

The head of the Ufa Law Institute, the chairman of Bashkortostan branch of the All-Russian public organisation «Association of Lawyers of Russia», the Doctor of Juridical Science, Professor Faim Mukhametshin opened the conference. On the first day of the conference a plenary session took place where reports of leading scientists and representatives of public authorities were discussed.

Scientists from foreign countries who did not managed not arrive to Ufa, sent their articles at the conference for estimation of experts. Among authors are scientists from the Vladimir Stashis Institute of Law (Ukraine), the Helsinki University (Finland), Karaganda University "Bolashak" (Kazakhstan), Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova (Republic of Moldova).

Today, on April 26, section sessions will be held in which course participants will be able to consider in more detail pressing aspects of jurisprudence development and practice.
