Rustem Khamitov: «It is necessary to increase support rendered to young people on housing construction»

“The support rendered to young people on housing construction should certainly be enhanced,” Rustem Khamitov said in the live broadcast of BST TV channel answering the question by a young journalist from Ermekeevsky region.

“Habitation is very acute subject, both in rural areas, and in cities, and there is no any simple formula here,” the President said. “All this is again connected with resources, with possibilities of our budget which deficiency makes now about 10-12 billion rbl., but by the end of the year I hope that we will cope with this negative balance.”

Rustem Khamitov added that much was done for workers of public health services and teachers. For example, doctors who decide to move to rural areas, besides one million rbl., receive 100 thousand rbl. from the republican budget.

“Last year more than 600 doctors moved to the countryside, this year, we hope, there will be not less than 300-350 of them,” President RB specified. “We constantly search for reserves, including in municipalities. We cannot finance 100 percent of costs. Expenses should be divided into three parts that one part of resources was incurred by the republic, the second part by a municipality and the third by a person who will build a house. Such programs should exist.

Meanwhile, there are some positive examples of such work: apartments are allocated for young experts in Ilishevsky and Bakalinsky regions, but these are just singular events.”
