The «Housing and Public Utilities — Under Public Control» press conference will take place in Moscow on April 9.

The journalists’ questions will be answered by: chief executive NP «ZHKH Razvitie», the head of working group on development of Housing and Public Utilities of Advisory Council at the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Chibis, the vice-president of Committee of the State Duma on Housing Policy and Housing and Public Utilities Paul Kachkaev, the chairman of the commission of Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on local government and the housing-and-municipal policy, chief executive NP « ZHKH Control» Svetlana Razvorotneva, the chairman of City public organisation of court yards of Yekaterinburg "Zhitel" Igor Danilov and others.

It is planned to discuss the implementation progress of the Decree by the President RF from May 7, 2012 No.600. In particular, a public control network as the mechanism protecting proprietors’ rights and habitation tenants and as the tool of housing enlightenment and informing citizens about their rights and duties will be discussed. Public control will be considered also from the point of view of current revealing and solution of housing and public utilities problems.
