Managing companies are fined for 760 thousand rbl. for non-disclosure in Bashkiria

For the first quarter 2013 the State Housing Inspection RB made 18 protocols for the sum of 760 thousand rbl. for non-observance of standards of the information disclosing, the main housing inspector of Bashkortostan Ildar Zamaletdinov said at the session of the republican State Housing Inspection board.

The information should be accessible to inhabitants on the own websites of managing companies, or on the State Housing Inspection RB website. The website «Housing and Public Utilities Reform» is an official platform for publication of the information on economic activities. In 2012 311 orders with the requirement to eliminate infringements — incomplete disclosure of the information are issued to the managing companies. Inspection initiated cases on administrative offences. Administrative actions were applied to infringers. Rulings were made against six managing organisations and heads of 108 managing companies for the total sum of 5,6 million rbl.
