Emergency alarm syrens of EMERCOM were checked in Bashkiria

Today, on March 28, in Bashkortostan the regional Public Address and General Alarm system was checked. From 10.00 till 10.30 local time all electric syrens available in the territory of the republic were switched on. On TV and radio the following message was broadcasted: « Attention! Dear inhabitants and visitors of Bashkortostan Republic. Technical check of Public Address and General Alarm is carried out! Technical check of Public Address and General Alarm is carried out! We ask you to maintain peace and order».

«Having heard such sound signals, it is necessary to switch on radio or TV if you are at home, or if you outside during the alarm signal you should listen to the message through a loudspeaker or mobile warning means, and act according to the instruction», the press-service of the Bashkir EMERCON reminded the operations procedure in case of emergency situation.
