Conference devoted to the civil legislation modernization will take place in Ufa

The Ufa Congress Hall will host a research and practice conference «Civil legislation modernization and its practice» on March, 27. Organizers of the event are: the Committee of the State Duma on Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and Procedural Legislation, Administration of the President of Bashkortostan Republic, regional branch of the All-Russian public organisation «Association of lawyers of Russia».

Participants plan to discuss issues of making amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, development of civil rights statutes, realisations of powers of public prosecutors in the sphere of civil-law relations, the state registration of rights, judicial enforcement, and amendments in the statutory acts concerning social services.

A rewarding of winners of the republican competition of the social pictures «Very Much to Heart» will take place within the limits of the conference.
