27 illegal migrants were deported from Bashkortostan from the beginning of the year

According to Bashkortostan Directorate of Federal Bailiff Service, from the beginning of current year its officers executed decisions of courts on compulsory deportation of 27 migrants who infringed terms of residence in the territory of Russia.

As the department press-service informs, more often the visa regime is broken by citizens of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Vietnam, Senegal, Nigeria.

The court established that foreign citizens not having the documents confirming their legitimate right of residence in Russia evaded from voluntary departure after a target date.

Foreign citizens are accompanied by bailiffs to the border of the Russian Federation where they are passed to representatives of the Border Police. Enforcement proceedings are considered finished only after reception from the Border Police of an act on the border crossing by foreigners.
