Scientists of Russia, Europe and Asia discuss problems of law-governed state formation in Ufa

In Ufa the international research and practice conference «Problems of law-governed state formation in Russia» is held. Organizers of the forum are the Institute of Law of the Bashkir State University, branch of social sciences RAS RB and editorial staff of «Law-Governed State: Theory and Practice» magazine. Scientists of Russia, countries of Europe, Asia, representatives of public take part in the conference. At the opening of the scientific forum the Vice-Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB Rafail Zinurov has read a greeting of the speaker of the republican parliament Konstantin Tolkachev addressed to participants of the conference.

At the two-day conference participants will discuss modern problems of the theory of law-governed state, essence and implementation of separate articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the further development of federalism.

Following the results of the forum it is planned to publish its materials. The considerable part of participants reports will be published in «Law-Governed State: Theory and Practice» magazine.
