In Bashkiria only 48 percent of inhabitants are satisfied with quality of rendered medical services

“Today satisfaction of the population with quality of medical aid rendering makes only 48 percent in the republic. It is essentially lower than on average over the country — 72 percent, and 78 percent in the Volga Federal District,” said, making report at the session of the Government of Bashkortostan Republic «Concerning results of social and economic development RB in 2012», the Deputy Prime-Minister Liliya Gumerova.

“Such attitude towards public health services should be changed to the positive. People do not need only highly technological help, they need a word of encouragement, participation, sympathy,” the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov underlined. “We direct enormous resources to this branch and we want it became one of the leaders. It is very important that patients will be satisfied with quality of received services.”

The Minister of Health RB George Shebaev making comments on the above-named figures said that a specially invited coach will work with doctors soon. According to the head of the department, he charged the experts of the republican clinical psychotherapeutic centre to develop the program of trainings for doctors on interaction with patients.
