Russia continues to fill up the country’s collection of medals at International Children's Winter Games-2013

Within the limits of the VI International Children's Winter Games in Ufa the first ski races took place at the sports complex "Biathlon". Among young men the race of 3,5 kilometres classic style was won by Dmitry Bortnyh (Kazan). For forty seconds Alexander Vorobyev from Kazakhstan city of Kostanay lagged behind him.

Ufa townsman Ruslan Galishin had the third result.

Also Kazan sportsman Arina Desyatnikova won the same race among girls. The second place was taken by Ani Mandeilts from Slovenia. Anna Bazhenova from Kuvandyka the Orenburg Region finished race the third.
