EMERCOM suggests celebrating St. Valentine's Day with safe candles in Bashkiria

Congratulating inhabitants of Bashkortostan with St. Valentine's Day, the republican Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disasters Response (EMERCOM) reminds about safety rules. «Romantic dinners with candles, unfortunately, are quite often saddened by ignitions and fires. In order not to spoil celebratory atmosphere it is just enough to observe simple rules», employees of the department mark. «Do not leave a burning candle unattended; do not put it close to inflammable subjects. You should not light candles at a strong draught. It is better to use glass candles or floating candles in plates with water. It is both beautiful and safe».
