12 orphans received flats in Sibay

12 young people, by different reasons left without parental care, received keys from new flats in the new building, erected within the frames of the Republican program for social housing construction in the town of Sibay. Town administration intends to erect other two building in accordance with the same program in 2013.

“In 2012 38 orphans have been provided with flats. 23 veterans and widows of participants of the Great Patriotic War, three families with many kids and one disabled person received housing certificates. 30 young families improved their living conditions according to the programs for youth. Six apartment buildings were erected within the frames of the program for resettlement from dilapidated houses. 56 families will move to these buildings soon” – the town administration reported.
