The number of people, taken with flu and acute respiratory diseases, grows in Bashkiria

36430 people fell ill with acute respiratory virus diseases and flu for the fourth week of the year in Bashkortostan. As compared with the previous week the sickness rate increased by more than 50%, the official site of Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights in RB reports.

44 cases of flu were registered, including 36 cases in Ufa. Specialists say the sickness rate is by 61,8% higher than the average long standing level.

The weekly epidemic threshold is exceeded by 117% in Ufa and among people at the age of 15 and older – by 213%.
