The XIX congress of the Union of Journalists RB is appointed on February 22

The regular XIX congress of the Union of Journalists RB will take place on February 22 and this decision was reached during the Union’s plenum, held on January 22.

In this connection the Union’s secretariat urges the colleagues to hold meetings of primary organizations before February 8 and to choose the delegates according to the principle: one delegate per 10 members of a primary organization.

Later it will be reported about venue and time of the congress’s beginning.

We’d also like to remind that the X congress of the Union of Journalists of Russia will take place in Moscow on April 18-19.
