The miracle-working Godmother icon “All-Tsarina” from Athos arrived in Ufa. Within the period of January 23-27 it will be available for worship in Ufa Cathedral Godmother Christmas Church.

The miracle-working Godmother icon, called “All-Tsarina” (“Pantanassa” in Greek) is found on Athos in Greece, in the church of Vatopedskaya cloister, to the left from the holy gates. This rather small icon was painted in the XVII century and according to the legend was a benediction of famous elder Joseph Hesychast to his pupils.

The Hole Maiden in red clothes, sitting on the throne, is painted on the icon. She holds the Holy child with the list in his left hand. Two angels can be seen on the background. The very name of the icon “All-Tsarina” tells about its power and people tell that the icon can heal people, suffering cancer.
