Ufa is ready to receive participants of the VI Winter International Children Games

“Ufa is preparing itself for the VI Winter International Children Games with full responsibility and ready to receive its participants even today” – the general secretary of the International Children Games Committee Richard Smith has stated during the press conference with participation of federal mass-media, held under the Representative Office RB in Moscow the day before.

“Together with the members of the technical commission, headed by the President of the Committee Torstein Rush, we’ve examined all four sports objects, meant for the forthcoming competitions, and, as you know, we weren’t even surprised. We were calm and ready for what we could see! We made certain that everything was all right” – Richard Smith added.

The program of the VI Winter International Children Games-2013 includes seven kinds of sport: hockey, figure skating, short track, Alpine skis, snowboard, ski racing and sports orienteering. About 800 children from 30 cities of Russia and 20 countries will take part in the Games and slightly more than one month is left till the Games’ start.
