More than 5,5 thousand people will serve in troops of Central military district on contractual basis in 2013

The Central military district intends to recruit more than 5,5 thousand servicemen on a contractual basis for army service in the troops, located on the territory of the district, including the territory of Republic of Bashkortostan. Press service of the Central military district explains that in 2012 personnel services of the district have recruited 2,6 thousand people on a contractual basis.

Since September 1, 2012, special agencies are busy with contractual recruitment of people. Jointly with military commissariats they perform psychological testing and medical examination of candidates. At present time 25 such agencies work on the territory of the Central military district. For four months more than 10 thousand people have addressed themselves to them. About 2,5 thousand were sent to the military units of the district, including 500 people – to newly formed units of military police.
