New mosque is erected in Zilairski region

A new mosque is erected in the village Ishbuldy, Zilairski Region of Bashkortostan. The mosque is constructed with the help of means, which the villagers have won at the Republican contest “Sober Village”, held by the regional public movement “Sober Bashkortostan”.

Totals of the contest “Sober Village” were announced in May. There were many Muslims among participants and winners of the contest. As many of them said, Islam prohibits alcohol, so they were one of the first, who supported the idea to hold such competition.
