Olympiad in Bashkir language and literature for pupils starts in Bashkortostan

Republican distant Olympiad in Bashkir language and literature for pupils, initiated by the Bashkir State University’s faculty of Bashkir philology and journalism, starts on December 7 and will last till December 12. Senior pupils of general education institutions are invited to participation.

The University’s press center reports the main goal of the competition is attraction of pupils to deeper study of Bashkir language and literature, using IT in educational sphere.

The Bashkir language Olympiad will consist of two stages.

Within the frames of the first stage pupils have to pass the tests, placed on the official site of the Bashkir State University. The tasks will be published on December 7 at 9 o’clock in the morning. Answers have to be sent to e-mail: olimpiada.bash2012@yandex.ru.

The second stage – sizing up and flower ceremony for winners – will take place on December 12 in the main building of the Bashkir State University. The beginning is at 14 o’clock. Winners will be rewarded with diplomas of Ministry for education RB and keepsakes.
