Construction of the world level hotel has begun in Ufa

International level hotel started to be built in Ufa. The four-stars hotel will appear in the historical centre of the capital in the territory of «Gostiny Dvor» shopping mall.

From ten hotels construction projects in Ufa only three are completely ready for realisation. As "Bashinform" informed earlier, except aforementioned, these are hotels near the Monument of Friendship and shopping-exposition centre which is erected on the place of former VDNH.

The project of hotel complex at the crossing of Pushkin and Lenin Streets is developed according to architectural features of the central part of Ufa. It will be ergonomically implemented into the existing architectural concept of Opera and Ballet Theatre and Gostiny Dvor, the press-service of the capital mayoralty reports. Except the hotel for 200 rooms, restaurant zones, an underground parking, and a business centre are to be located in the territory of the complex. The construction volume makes 49 thousand square metres. From them 11 thousand square metres will by occupied the hotel complex, 24 thousand – by the business centre, 13 thousand – by the parking. The "Arcade" company — proprietor of «Gostiny Dvor» shopping mall will act as an investor of the project. The volume of project investments is estimated as two billion roubles, the object commissioning is planned for 2015.
