Authors of the project “Clever House” introduced the site UmDomPortal.ru

The first in Ufa “Clever House” is registered in internet to the address www.UmDomPortal.ru. The head of the company “STROYFEDERACIA” and creator of the project “Clever House” Vadim Gataullin has held presentation of the new portal on November 27. The magister of the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”Alexander Druz, who participates in implementation of the project as the chairman of the jury of the contest “Clever House, has become a VIP-guest of the ceremony, held in one of Ufa restaurants.

The portal’s administrator Maxim Zabarov says the portal represents a sort of a quiz-site.

“Our portal is a feedback with the future tenants of clever house, with potential buyers and with all people, having any ideas on provision of necessary facilities, which they can share on our site’ – Vadim Gataulllin said – “We constantly improve and change something in the process of clever house erection in order to provide the future lodgers with the most comfortable conditions for habitation”.

As for the “clever house” itself, the builders already work on the ninth floor now. The project “Clever House” unites three high-rise apartment buildings in Ufa. The first building will be put into exploitation at the end of 2013. The cost of one square meter makes up 53 thousand rubles. At present time about 50 flats are already sold out.
