Bashkir institutes can be included in staff of Shanghai Cooperation Organization University

“It is necessary to include one of Bashkir institutes in staff of Shanghai Cooperation Organization University” – the Vice-Premier of the Government RB Salavat Sagitov posed such problem at the meeting of the organizing committee for holding BRICS and SCO summits in Ufa in 2015 – “Today we can try to join SCO University in the nominations “Nanotechnologies” and “Power engineering”.
The staff of SCO University already includes 16 Russian institutes, working in five nominations, determined within the frames of this project, but Republican institutes are still absent in this list.
The problem for all-sided analysis of this question, taking already available bonds with Shanghai Cooperation Organization University into account, is posed before Ministry of education RB, Ufa Scientific Center under the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academy of Sciences RB and before the Union of Rectors RB.
The significance of meetings, seminars and festivals, which are to be held on the eve of the summits, increases many times. Republican leadership is interested that all forums should give maximal effect and this effect can’t be restricted just to 2015. Ufa has to become a traditional site for holding business and other forums.
For the reference: the network university, the international education program on the territory of Asia exists within the frames of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Its University was established in 2008. Its staff was formed in 2009 of 53 leading universities of the countries – SCO participants. For Russian Federation Shanghai Cooperation Organization University allows holding leading positions as the base of education system both in Asia and Eurasia in a whole. The University represents an Asian project, analogous to the system of the Unified European Educational Space, created within the frames of “Bologna education system transformation”.
