More than 2200 residents of Bashkiria can’t go abroad because of debts

Since the beginning of the year Federal Bailiff Service in RB restricted the right to go abroad for more than 2200 debtors, including more than 700 alimony dodgers and almost 600 people, having credit debts.

Press service of the Federal Bailiff Service RB reports the restriction on leaving the territory of Russian Federation is the most often forced levy measure. The practice shows that it becomes the most efficient on the eve of festive days and vacations, when people, avoiding debt repayment, begin to prepare themselves for visits to the foreign resorts. The restriction of freedom of movement beyond the country is applied exactly for prevention of such cases with respect to debtors, whose conscience still “keeps silence”.
