Gala-show of all-Russian jest song festival has taken place in Ufa

Gala-show of laureates of the IV all-Russian contest of jest song has taken place in Ufa Congress-Hall on November 17. 80 best singers – winners of zone contests from 30 regions of the country have gathered in the capital RB.

The contest consisted of three stages. Regional competitions have taken place in Ulan-Ude, Kazan and Nizhniy Novgorod. Artistic collectives and singers from among people with poor hearing and deaf singers were taking part in them, including students and pupils of boarding schools. Participants of the contest played solo jest songs, in duets, in trios and in ensembles. Every performance consisted of two compositions- one national and another one – from repertoire of the 80s last century.

Three bands presented Republic of Bashkortostan at the show.

“Bashkir authorities pay serious attention to problems of people with poor hearing” – the president of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf Valerie Rukhlyaedev mentioned – “As compared with other cities and regions of Russia Republic of Bashkortostan demonstrates evident progress in this direction”.
