Pedagogues of Ufa State Aviation Technical University and Ufa State University of economics and service stand in the list of winners of all-Russian management school “Scolkovo”

The head of the chair of highly productive computing technologies and systems of Ufa State Aviation Technical University (UGATU) Rafael Gazizov and director of the Institute of design and national cultures of Ufa State University of economics and service Albina Bikbulatova are included into the list of participants of the innovational educational program “New leaders of higher education”. The contest was organized by Moscow management school “Scolkovo” by the order of Russian Ministry for education and science.

More than 300 representatives from 170 higher education institutions pretended to participation in the program. The criteria of the selection were determined beforehand: availability of managerial experience, knowledge of English language, participation in scientific and innovational projects. The “Scolkovo” commission has chosen the candidates, whose applications maximally corresponded to aims and format of the program.

The first module of the program “New leaders of higher education” will be held on November 26-30 and will be devoted to tendencies in development of higher professional education. The Minister for education and science of Russia Dmitry Livanov, leading Russian and foreign experts and representatives of big business will take part in the module as speakers. Participants will choose the topics of the projects, which they have to work up in small workgroups in the course of the whole program.

The main goal of the program is training of the corps of managers, able to maintain systematic changes in Russian institutes and to raise the efficiency of management at these institutes.
