Federal highways turned to winter mode

Directorate of the federal highway “Samara-Ufa-Chelyabinsk” assures that all services, personnel and machinery are ready for winter season. The appeal to drivers in connection with winter period’s coming is placed in the blog of the directorate’s chief Radmir Vagapov.

Road specialists insistently recommend the drivers to start on a journey by vehicles, specially adapted to traffic in winter conditions. “We vote for the choice of the majority of drivers, preferring to use snow tires under low temperatures” – said in the appeal’s text.

According to forecasts of weather chart makers in the nearest future cloudy weather with rain and snow precipitation is expected in Bashkiria. Air temperature will stand near the zero mark with further gradual decrease. By the end of the week it will be about minus 6-8 degrees in Ufa. Highways are icy and have poor vision.
