Prospects in development of biotechnology to be under discussion at Bashkir State Pedagogical University

The II international scientific-practical conference “Biotechnology: prospects of development” will be held at the Bashkir State Pedagogical University on November 12-13 and within its frames Russian and foreign experts will discuss prospects in development of biotechnology, its relations with medicine, food industry, management, patent science, education, applied eco-biotechnology and nano-biotechnologies.

The round-table discussion “Applied eco-biotechnology” is scheduled within the frames of the conference’s program.

Biotechnology is the discipline, studying opportunities in use of live organisms or products of their vital activity for solution of various technological aims. Biotechnology is based on genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, embryology and cellular biology and on applied disciplines – chemical and informational technologies and robotics and considered one of the most promising directions in modern natural science.
