Citizens of Ufa will be told how to struggle with pancreatic diabetes

Republican week “Unite in Struggle with Diabetes” will be held in Ufa on November 12-17. It is devoted to the World Day for struggle with diabetes, marked annually on November 14, and within the frames of the week citizens of Ufa may get consultations concerning methods of treatment, pass medical examinations and visit various sports and cultural actions.

The week starts on November 13 at the Bashkir State Medical University. Here sports actions for children and teenagers, at the age of 7-18, suffering from pancreatic diabetes, will take place.

“The School of Health” with participation of doctors-endocrinologists, representatives of Ministry of health protection RB and Bashkir State Medical University to the address: Lenin Street, 10 will take place on November 14.

Diagnostic consultation for all people, wishing to pas medical examination, will take place on November 15 at Ufa Youth Palace; the beginning is at 10 o’clock.

Charitable show is planned on November 16 at Ufa State Tatar Theater “NUR”. The beginning is at 19 o’clock.

“Schools of Diabetes” for children and teenagers, suffering this disease, will be opened at the republican children clinical hospital on November 17. The beginning is at 15 o’clock to the address: Ufa, Kuvykin Street, 98.

The Week is organized by the diabetic society RB “Phoenix” with the support of Ministry of youth policy and sport RB, Ministry of labor and population social protection RB, Ministry of health protection RB and the Bashkir State Medical University.
