Ufa is the absolute winner of all-Russian contest “Town without Orphans”

Ufa is called the absolute winner of the all-Russian contest “Town without Orphans”. The capital RB collected 30127 votes. Kaliningrad (25730 votes), Stupino (Moscow region – 13233 votes) and Derbent (Dagestan – 12141) are also found in the list of leaders.

The contest “Town without Orphans” is initiated by the Fund for support of children, found in difficult conditions, and by the Association of small and medium towns of Russia.

150 towns from 57 regions were taking part in the competition.

The jury estimated the actions, directed to prophylactics of social orphanhood, maximally possible family placement and improvement of living conditions for children-orphans and children, left without parental care.
