14 rural schools in Bashkiria will receive new buses

Keys from 14 new school buses will be presented to directors of rural general education schools on Tuesday, October 16. The Ministry of education RB reports the federal budget allocated more than 200 million rubles for purchases of buses for rural schools in 2012.

96 buses for 63 regions of the Republic are already acquired and till the end of the year other 85 buses will be purchased.

At present time 21333 pupils from 1856 settlements are supplied with school buses but the demand in school transport isn’t yet satisfied in the Republic. Now it is necessary to acquire 308 buses for 70 municipalities and other 192 vehicles have to be replaced due to expiration of their service life.
