Ufa continues receiving applications for the VI Winter International Children Games

Ufa is going on to prepare itself for the Winter International Children Games-2013. The Directorate of the Games receives phone calls and e-mail messages from all nooks of the world and Russian regions every day. The number of people and countries, wishing to take part in the Games, is high.

At present time 19 cities from ten countries plus eight cities of Russia have officially confirmed their participation. 12 cities from 11 countries and Russian cities have submitted preliminary applications.

Other 14 cities from 10 countries and 11 cities of Russia are still considering their applications. Originally one had to confirm participation in the Games till September 30. The preliminary set term is expired but prolonged for other two weeks.

Young sportsmen from 12 countries, which presented 17 foreign and 18 Canadian cities, participated in the last V Winter International Children Games in Kelowna (Canada). More than 500 sportsmen took part in the competitions in a whole. The number of participants in Ufa will be more and it is expected that delegations of 19 countries will arrive in the capital RB.
