Ufa publishing house “INESH” issues a series “Bashkir collection”

Ufa publishing house “INESH” started publishing the unique series of books about Bashkortostan – about history, traditions and culture of the region. Two books are already published within the frames of this project: “Ufa and Bashkiria on postcards of the beginning of the XX century” and “The Art of Bashkirs: traditional art crafts”. Both books have already won the diplomas of the all-Russian contest of publishers.

Now the publishing house prepares the third book “Ufa and Bashkiria of the 50s” and it will cover the Soviet period from 1948 to 1964.

And one more unique book is prepared for publication now - about pre-revolutionary Ufa. Specialists of local lore collected very interesting materials about Ufa and its residents starting from the XIX century and further.
