Federal authority will turn to electronic document flow till the end of 2017

Federal executive power bodies of Russia have to complete transition to electronic document flow till December 31, 2017, in accordance with the decree of Russian Government from September 6, 2012, N890.

According to this document realization of pilot projects on electronic document circulation between Russian Government’s Machinery and Russian Ministry for communication and mass communications and between Russian Ministry of Justice and the Ministry for communication and mass communications RF will be launched within the period between March 1 and September 1, 2013.

The main goals of these projects are: formation of unified electronic document flow standards, procedures of confirmation and authenticity check and protocols of e-document exchange.
