Paralympic Games-2012 – eventful day for Bashkir fans

Bashkir fans have an eventful day today, September 4. Russian sportsmen, presenting Republic of Bashkortostan, will compete in three kinds of sports at Paralympic Games-2012 in London.

Thus, swimmers Oksana Savchenko and Alexander Nevolin Svetov will try to reach the pedestal once again. Oksana will compete in 100-meter free style heat among women and Alexander – in the same heat among men.

Our fencers also start their struggle: Marat Usupov, Ivan Andreev and Timur Khamatshin.

And, at last, a big group of athletes will struggle on the Paralympic stadium: titled Elena Pautova on 1500-meter distance, Andre Koptev – in long jumping and Anastasia Ovsyannikova – in 4x100 meter relay race.
