Rustem Khamitov has taken the floor at the festival “Marathon of Knowledge”

The President of Bashkortostan visited a student festival “Marathon of Knowledge”, held in Ufa on September 1 on the square in front of the Russian Dramatic Theater. The head of the Republic congratulated students with a new school year.

More than five thousand students from all education institutions of Ufa gathered on the square.

“You are facing the most interesting time ahead” – Rustem Khamitov said – “You will learn, go on trips and be friends with each other. You will remember this period of life forever. I wish all of you to study well to become highly qualified specialists”.

The President of Bashkortostan also promised that “we will undertake everything possible to make your studies really fruitful”.

After lighting a symbolic “fire of knowledge” the festival was continued by numerous student art groups.
