18 regional projects were chosen for all-Russian festival of social programs “Assistance”

The Ministry of labor and population social protection RB chose winners of the regional stage of the IV all-Russian festival of socially-oriented projects “Assistance” and already well-known in the Republic organizations became its laureates, such, for example, the center of children development for kids with restricted health abilities, founded by the charity fund “MARKHAMAT”, or the regional public organization “Mother’s Heart”, promoting an open contest for children and teenagers “Galaxy of Talents”.

Press-service of the Ministry of labor and population social protection RB reports the majority of projects were concentrated in the nomination “Social adaptation of disabled people and members of their families”. The nomination “Prophylactics of social orphanhood and support of motherhood and childhood” also aroused high interests among participants of the festival.

18 projects have become winners in various nominations and categories. In the nearest future all of them will be sent to Moscow for participation in the final stage of the all-Russian festival. The main goal of the festival is consolidation of efforts of the authority, business and society in making conditions for successful development of socially-oriented projects. It is expected that the festival will become a site for exchange of opinions on the most actual problems of Russian social policy and will disclose the best practices and projects, offered by socially-oriented non-commercial organizations.
