Tuimazinsky region will hold “STUDFEST-2012”

Republican student tourist festival “STUDFEST-2012” will be held on the bank of the lake Kandrykul in Tuimazinsky region of Bashkortostan on September 6-9.

The main goal of the festival is establishment of relations and development of cooperation between students of Republican secondary special and higher education institutions and institutions from neighboring Russian regions, activation of sport-mass work and popularization of student tourism.

The Ministry of youth policy and sport RB reports students will demonstrate their mastery in sport tourism and in various field competitions. Within the frames of the sport program competitions will be held on five stages: “water”, “pedestrian” and “cycle” distances, “medley relay” and “tourist trial”. Participants of the festival will also compete in various creative competitions: song contests and many others.

Solemn opening will take place on September 7.

The festival is organized by the Ministry of youth policy and sport RB, the Ministry of education RB, the Tourist-Sport Union RB and by “The Republican Center of youth creative initiatives RB”.
