Oksana Savchenko reached the first final at Paralympic Games-2012

A preliminary heat among women for the 400-meter free style distance has taken place at the Paralympic Games-2012 in London. Both Russian swimmers – Oksana Savchenko and Anna Efimenko – passed qualification round and thereby reached the finals.

Oksana Savchenko demonstrated the best Russian and the third time in this heat-4.48.10. She yielded just to Hanna Russell from the Great Britain (4.41.25) and to Deborah Font from Spain (4.46.72). Anna Efimenko reached the finals with the fifth time – 4.57.33.
