Fire hazards in Bashkiria forests is expected within normal limits in September

In September, under forecasts of Hydrometeorological Centre of Russia and Federal State-Funded Institution "Avialesoohrana", fire hazards in forests above average five years' normal limits are expected on the main part of the Central Federal District, in the Pskov, Novgorod, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Murmansk, Saratov, Volgograd, Rostov Regions, the Komi Republic, the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Districts, Sverdlovsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo Regions, Altay, Krasnoyarsk Territoties, the Republic of Tuva and Sakha (Yakutia).

As to Bashkortostan, according to the September forecast, fire hazards in forests due to weather conditions are expected on average level.

“In 19 regions of the republic the emergency situation regime continues because of forest fires. At the moment efficiency of fires suppression in forests makes 73 percent in the region,” the head of the press-service of the Ministry of Forestry RB Aibulat Gainullin informs.

According to experts, mushroom and berries hunters may aggravate fire-hazardous conditions in autumn forests as careless handling of fire still is one of the main reasons of forest fires occurrence.
