41 % of top managers strictly plan their working hours in Bashkiria

The research service of HeadHunter company has spent interrogation of 1245 executives from Bashkortostan and found out, that 41 % from them daily plan their working hours. 25 % more make the schedule of their working day from time to time, and 26 % – only on those days when there are lot of tasks.

Half from those who took time management to their armory notice that they have time to cope with all tasks, 29 % recognise that the considerable quantity of new unplanned things does not allow them to keep up with the schedule, and 19 % cannot perform work at all within the established terms.

According to 84 % of top managers, efficiency of work only grew after they made it a rule to distribute time for specific targets.

However 65 % of top managers recognise that if there is a lot of work to do, employees do not always keep within the designated frameworks. The objective reason of failure to execute working tasks precisely and in time the majority of respondents sees in unscheduled matters, which occur within the day (56 %). Thus 24 % consider that employees are simply lazy, 9 % – that they too much time spend in social networks and communicate with friends by means of messengers. 22 % believe that low motivation should be blamed for it, and 12 % consider that their own mellowness and soft style of management allow their subordinates not to adhere to the time frameworks.
