Ufa sends invitations to participants of the VI Winter International Children's Games – 2013

Employees of Directorship of the VI Winter International Children's Games began to send invitations to the future participants of the competitions which will be opened in February, 2013 in Ufa. The invitations will be sent to representatives of 250 cities from 64 countries of the world, the press-secretary of Ufa Committee on Physical Culture and Sports Renata Baiguzina specified. The registration term is till September, 30.

The Directorship of the Games holds its meetings at the Recreation centre "Neftyanik".

The first official working meeting has already taken place with participation of the Deputy Prime Minister of Government RB Salavat Sagitov and the head of Ufa administration Irek Yalalov.

“Participants of the Games should remember Ufa as hospitable city in every respect,” the mayor underlined. “For this purpose we should think over system of transport system during carrying out of competitions, organise access to Wi-Fi in places of residing and at the sports objects. Special attention should be paid to language support of visitors. Besides, we should invite twin-cities of Ufa: Ankara, Halle, Shenyang”.

Irek Yalalov brought to special notice the necessity of scale information coverage of Children's Games-2013 and high quality of television broadcasting from places of competitions carrying out and opening and closing ceremonies.

“Ufa is the first Russian city which will host the International Children's Games. Therefore Russians should be presented almost to the maximum,” Salavat Sagitov marked. “Besides, the Directorship of the Games together with Ministry of Education RB should provide information distribution and preparation of our schoolchildren since new academic year for the meeting of their contemporaries from foreign countries.
