The inhabitant of Sterlitamak after scandal in road cafe is suspected of extremism. Having seen a man with a black skin, 28-year-old Sterlitamak resident publicly expressed the superiority of Russians over Afro-Americans and several times struck him on the head. Eyewitnesses called the police; concerning the peace-breaker a criminal case was initiated. The 57-year-old victim appeared the native of Cuba and the citizen of Russia, Investigatory Committee on RB specified.
