International Motor Rally over places of fights of 112th Bashkir cavalry division started in Ufa

In Ufa started the International Motor Rally over places of fights glorified by 112th Bashkir (16th Chernigov Guards) cavalry division. The Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports RB, Executive committee of the World Bashkir Kurultay, the Centre of patriotic education and youth preliminary military training RB, the Museum of 112th Bashkir cavalry division acted as its organizers.

For 22 days participants of the motor rally — airborne forces and special troops veterans, representatives of veteran and public organisations, cadets of military-patriotic clubs plan to overcome about nine thousand kilometres on the route Samara — Syzran — Voronezh — Kharkov — Kiev — Berlin — Leipzig — Dresden — Warsaw. The motor rally finishes at the Museum of 112th Bashkir cavalry division, in Ufa, on August 29.

The International Motor Rally is spent for the purpose of positive image promotion of Bashkortostan Republic, assistance to international consent, activization of patriotic education of youth, gathering of materials about 112th division.

It is planned to lay wreaths to communal graves, visit memorable places, and hold meetings on the places of fights of the division. In Petrovsky village of Lugansk area of Ukraine at the place of death of the division commander Minigali Shaimuratov within the limits of motor rally it is planned to open a Memory Square to Bashkir horse soldiers.
