Almost 900 sportsmen will arrive in Ufa for the International Sports Children's Games-2013

It is very pleasant to us that the flag of the International Sports Children's Games went round the half-world and, at last, arrived in Ufa, the mayor of Ufa city Irek Yalalov said at the press conference in the city administration. At the meeting with journalists results of recently finished Summer Games in South Korea were discussed where Ufa athletes had won four medals in taekwondo, and also perspectives of the next VI Winter International Children's Games to be held in the capital of Bashkortostan in 2013 were mentioned too.

It is expected arrival of 900 sportsmen for the Games. Four arenas are supposed to be involved – "Ufa-arena", Sports Palace, "Olympic-Park" and SOK "Biathlon" for the Games carrying out. The opening ceremony is planned to be held in the ice hockey stadium "Ufa-arena". Sportsmen and their coaches will be accommodated in the sanatorium «Zelenaya Roscha» (Green Grove), located in one of the most ecologically clean and picturesque parts of the city. A computer class with access to the Internet will be constantly opened for children, a swimming-pool, gyms will be available, along with an interesting cultural program.

The Games-2013 will help Ufa to fill a new page in annals of the children's sports, once again to confirm readiness for carrying out of the highest level competitions.
