The 130th anniversary of state supervision in sphere of labor will be solemnly celebrated in Ufa

Solemn gathering of State Labor Inspectorate RB and Trade-Union Federation RB, devoted to the 130th anniversary of state supervision in sphere of labor and initiated by State Labor Inspectorate and Trade-Union Federation RB, will take place on July 10, in the conference-hall of Trade-Union House RB.

Representatives of the Government RB, State Council-Kurultay-RB, Ministry of labor and population social protection RB, Trade-Industry Chamber RB and veterans of labor inspectorate will take part in it.

The history of state supervision in sphere of labor in Russia comes from the Highly Approved Opinion of Russian Empire’s State Council from June 1, 1882, “About minors, working at plants and factories”. Thus, this state act provided not just protection of minor’s labor but gave the mechanisms of observance of earlier approved norms.

The Soviet state also paid serious attention to protection of labor rights of workers, approving legal acts both in sphere of labor regulation and in sphere of perfection of state supervision over observation of labor laws. For a long period of time (1933-1994) Soviet trade-unions were busy with control of labor regulations on behalf of the state.

The beginning of the solemn gathering is at 11 o’clock.
