American students studying in Ufa, will celebrate the Independence Day of the USA

The American students who study at the M.Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University will celebrate the Independence Day of the USA by playing mini-golf.

On July 4, students will go to the club located in the Ufa Gafuri Park. Amateur competitions in mini-golf between teams of Russia and the USA are in the holiday program. The holiday will be finished with barbecue and fireworks.

The director of Intercultural Communications Centre of the University Oleg Shabanov said that they will already celebrate the Independence Day for the third time in Ufa.

— The American students study under the program «Studying the Russian language and culture» in our University for the third year, Oleg Shabanov informed. Pedagogical University is the single budgetary educational institution participating in the given program. Students are trained by teachers of Philological Education and Intercultural Communications Institute. Upon termination of courses all of them will pass OPI examination defining the level of oral competence in the USA.

This year 28 American students go to the University in Ufa. As teachers mark, the quantity of students wishing to study at the Bashkir University increases every year.
