Work of local branch of the Russian Union of Young Scientists began in Ufa

Today the first session of local branch of the Russian Union of Young Scientists (RoSMU) took place in the Ufa City Hall. The Committee on Youth Policy of city administration organised the action. Representatives of student's scientific organisations fr om Ufa universities became its participants.

RoSMU Vice-president in Bashkortostan Republic Alexey Strizhkov said about a long-term working experience of the organisation in the region territory. Within the lim its of its activity the considerable quantity of educational programs, conferences, competitions, seminars is annually spent.

The representative of the student's scientific organisation of the Bashkir State University Konstantin Safronov reported to the present about the society activity, especially having marked cooperation of Ufa students with foreign scientific organisations. However now, according to the lecturer, young Ufa scientists do not co-operate closely with each other.

The organisation focuses on attraction of not only representatives of universities’ student scientific organisations, but also other talented young scientists of the city.
