Free of charge legal assistance to Bashkiria inhabitants

In Bashkortostan the All-Russia Day of Free Legal Assistance was held where employees of the Russian State Register Administration on republic took part.

Free legal consultations concerning the state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it were spent in Ufa, Salavat, Sterlitamak, Meleuz, Neftekamsk, October, Beloretsk, Ishimbay, Sibay, and also in Karmaskalinsky, Mishkinsky, Mijakinsky, Aurgazinsky, Bakalinsky, Iglinsky, Buzdjaksky and Chishminsky regions, the department informs.

94 persons addressed to employees of Administration for consultations. Basically citizens were interested in explanations concerning the state registration of property right to premises under procedure of inheritance, privatisation and on the basis of court decisions. The considerable share of the addressed people consulted concerning the state registration of property right to real estate following the simplified procedure, corrections of errors in real estate documents of title, withdrawals of land plots for municipal needs, procedure of free privatisation of land plots and return of unduly paid State Tax, observance of the land legislation.
