«The Best Enterprise for Working Mothers» competition started in Bashkiria

From June 1 till November 1, the III republican competition «The Best Enterprise For Working Mothers» is held in Bashkortostan. Its organizers are the Trade Unions Federation RB, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population RB, Chamber of Commerce and Industry RB.

The competition is focused on creation of conditions allowing to realize labour and social rights of working women having children, to prevent negative tendencies distribution in the labour market in the sphere of social and labor relations, to create conditions for effective and optimum combination of professional and family duties, the press centre of Trade Unions Federation RB informs.

Any republican organisations can take part in the competition, irrespectively of ownership type and branch of economy. During competitive selection the social and economic policy of enterprises concerning working women with children, their wages amount and payment system, granting of additional social benefits in the field of health coverage and provision of pensions, working schedule will be estimated.

On November 23, 2012 a solemn rewarding of the competition winners will take place. They will be handed over diplomas, commemorative medals and prizes.
