Population of Bashkiria has become by 17586 people larger

For four months of 2012 17586 kids have been born in Bashkortostan: 9117 boys and 8469 girls, regional division of Russian Social Insurance Fund reports. Two babies at once have been born in 171 families and three babies at once– in four.

Specialists register growth of birth rate showings, as compared with the same period of time in 2011. The number of families, wishing to give birth to the second or even to the third child, stably goes up since the beginning of 2012.

In 2012 the regional division of Russian Social Insurance Fund has transferred 239,5 million rubles for development of the national project “Health” in its sub-program “Birth Certificate” to medical institutions of the Republic.
